作为韩国首个综合体设计的全新概念紧凑型MICE平台，SCC始终把环境放在首位，努力开发和实施绿色会展内容和会议技术，致力于将水原这座充满非凡传统的创新城市重塑为全球MICE城市，成功举办各种和著名的国际会议和MICE活动，包括“亚太地区第四届部长和环境主管部门论坛”、“水原国际会展论坛”等。
